The most important aspect of yoga is focusing on your breathing. This is important because if you have your mind concentrating on your breathing and movement you won't be thinking about outside influences that will distract you from your movements. It's important to let go because the world can be a stressful place and being able to let go can relax your body and allow you to feel lighter (without a heavy burden on your shoulders). Mentally I feel very good. I feel like I can now continue my day in a very productive way after putting my body and mind in a very relaxed state. I would use this routine in the morning before I start the work I need to do because calming yoga allows my body and mind to warm up in a nice way that increases my ability to focus on future tasks.
ReplyDeleteThe most important aspect of calming yoga is breathing. We rely on breathing in order to live and being able to really focus on your breath is super important to maintain good health and wellbeing. It is important to let go because you can release all the bad energy you are feeling. It's really unhealthy to hold in those feelings. I feel a lot calmer and happier after the session. I would use this routine whenever I am really stressed and I just need to breathe and calm down. Maybe before a test or if I can't sleep at night.
